Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

4. Package Handling & Fragile Items

Because kitchenware items (crockery, glass, kitchen gadgets, and tools) require extra protection, all items are carefully inspected and packed with protective material before dispatch to ensure safe delivery.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address, contact phone number, and details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately before the order is dispatched.

6. Missing, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos or videos of the packaging and item immediately and contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery.

  • Delayed Packages: While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, unexpected delays from courier services may occasionally occur. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please reach out to our team.
