  • You agree not to use our products or platform for any illegal, unauthorized, or fraudulent purpose under UAE law.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion if fraud, misuse, or breach of terms is suspected.

2. Products & Pricing

  • Pricing & Currency: All prices listed on our store are displayed in United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED).

  • Value Added Tax (VAT): Prices are [inclusive of / exclusive of] 5% UAE Value Added Tax (VAT) in accordance with the Federal Tax Authority (FTA) guidelines where applicable.

  • Errors: In the event an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect details due to a technical error, we reserve the right to cancel or decline any orders placed for that item. If your payment was already processed, a full refund will be issued.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed only when you receive an order dispatch notification or confirmation receipt from us.

  • Accepted payment methods include [Credit/Debit Cards, Cash on Delivery (COD), Apple Pay, etc.].

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, full payment must be handed to the delivery agent before opening the package.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only. While we work with reliable local couriers, we are not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery services, customs, or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer.

  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the specified shipping address.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Returns and refunds are governed strictly by our Return & Refund Policy (10-day return window).

  • Customers must inspect packages upon arrival. Any damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery with visual proof.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted under UAE law, Zolvixly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website.

  • We are not responsible for damages resulting from improper assembly, misuse, or unintended modification of kitchen items.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the local laws applicable in the Emirate 

  • Any legal dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE.
